Ebro Delta Kingfisher Hide

The Kingfisher is one of the most attractive and sought-after birds in wildlife photography. In collaboration with Fundació Plegadis, we offer a unique opportunity to photograph this beautiful bird in the heart of the Ebro Delta.

The hide is located at Fundació Plegadis facilities in La Ràpita, where a pond is managed for the conservation and observation of different wildlife species. Besides Kingfishers, depending on the season, visitors may also encounter some other species.

The activity offers the possibility of practising both conventional photography and high-speed photography using flash systems, opening up different creative opportunities to capture the Kingfisher in action, including diving and fishing behaviour.

Flash systems are currently available for Sony, Canon, Olympus, Fuji and Nikon cameras. Please contact us for other camera brands.

Season: September to December.
